Job Summary: We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Dispatch & Inventory Coordinator to manage daily material dispatches, inventory updates, and quality checks. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in dispatch planning, material tracking, and coordination with logistics and QC teams. This role requires strong communication, basic technical skills, and a proactive approach to ensure smooth warehouse and dispatch operations. Key Responsibilities:Daily Operations Manage inward and outward stock dispatches . Maintain daily roll list and update meters as needed. Plan and execute daily dispatch schedules . Perform daily stock updates and share status with the team. Verify dispatch receipts and ensure records are accurate. Coordination & Documentation Interact with local logistics and drivers to coordinate material movement. Upload QC reports , Kata Parchis , and loading pictures on a daily basis. Ensure label printing and roll list documentation are correct before dispatch. Prepare CO (Certificate of Origin) reports for all material dispatches. Confirm proper material weight on Niranjan’s tempo and other loading vehicles. Planning & Inventory Plan D-Cut, Slitting , and Sheet Cutting activities. Assist in order planning and aligning dispatches accordingly. Conduct weekly inventory checks and ensure accurate reporting. Maintain and update inventory and stock data weekly . Ensure monthly maintenance of operational equipment like inverters. Requirements: Minimum 2–3 years of experience in dispatch, warehouse, or inventory roles. Strong understanding of dispatch planning and inventory management. Familiar with basic QC documentation and logistics processes. Ability to work with Excel, drive folders, and upload necessary records. Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English. Preferred Skills: Experience in manufacturing or textile industry (especially non-woven or similar). Ability to multitask under tight deadlines. Proactive attitude with attention to detail.
